- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Fantastic staff, easy appointments, adjustable scheduling, clean office - great experience! My story: I had an old, large filling fall out Monday am. I was able to get an appointment for Tuesday am at Aspen Dental on Altamont Ave. in Schenectady. I made the appointment via Aspen's call center and moments later Tami from the office was calling to make sure that I had made my appointment for the right office as I lived an hour away. The wonderful experience started there and did not stop. The office is clean (and doesn't smell like a dentist's office!) and all of the staff are friendly, energetic and helpful. There was barely a wait until I was getting x-rays and being examined. My options were root canal or pulling the tooth. I choose root canal and Tami called the Aspen office on Balltown Road and was able to get me an appointment for THAT evening! Tami was also able to set up all the follow up, go through the billing and insurance information and was overall knowledgeable, thorough, as well as super friendly. The drive was so worth a super fantastic dental experience!
